Bloor West Nursery School has organized its programme around themes. Each theme lasts one, two or three weeks depending on topic. Each new theme brings a fresh face to the classroom, with new pictures, different toys and topical books and songs and crafts. We publish a newsletter through the year to inform parents on the activities in the school. We have posted a sample of our themes on our web site to give parents an insight into the school. We normally introduce one or two new themes each year, and retire some of the existing ones. As a result, the sample themes described on our web site are for illustration only. They may or may not be part of the current school year. You can go directly to a theme via the links below or in the navigation bar on the left.
